Product Manager – Telecom Power Solutions

We are seeking a Product Manager who combines technical depth, customer insight, and strong product ownership. You will define solution requirements, lead product roadmaps, and manage products through the entire lifecycle—from concept to development, launch, and end-of-life.
This role sits at the center of customers, engineering, quality, supply chain, and sales , driving product success across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer & Market Insight
- Engage actively with customers—preferably through face-to-face meetings—to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Identify changes in customer needs and translate them into product and capability requirements.
- Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis, including technology assessments and product teardowns.
Product Strategy & Roadmapping
Own and update the product and technology roadmap.Review product portfolio performance and propose improvements.Share market, technology, and customer insights with internal stakeholders and R&D teams.RFI / RFQ & Solution Development
Lead technical evaluations for RFI / RFQ processes.Review proposed solutions with the quotation team and challenge them for feasibility, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness.Ensure accuracy of Compliance Matrices and product configuration documentation (PPC).Product Ownership & Lifecycle Management
Serve as the Product Owner from concept preparation to phase-out.Own the Product Requirement Specification and overall product definition.Participate in milestone reviews and provide go / no-go recommendations.Manage quality performance (RMA, CAR) and drive continuous improvement in performance and profitability.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provide technical communication and solution guidance to sales.Support NPI activities, including sales forecast alignment.Recommend pricing strategies based on product positioning and cost analysis.Authorities
Approve technical solutions offered to customers.Make go / no-go decisions during milestone reviews.Approve product or production process changes.Access and evaluate detailed product cost information.Critical Competencies
Strong understanding of telecom power solutions or related energy systems.Solid knowledge of product management methodology and lifecycle processes.Ability to identify business opportunities during customer interactions.Excellent analytical skills and cross-functional communication.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.Several years of experience in power technology, energy systems, or product management.Experience collaborating with global or cross-cultural teams is highly valued.Strong English communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and technical tools (Aton, 3D viewer, etc.) is a plus.What We Offer
