Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead customer deployments and ensure seamless integration of technology into client environments. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to successful go-live Guide customers through API integrations, data workflows, and system configurations Required Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in Implementation Management, Technical Project Management, or similar roles Strong experience in AI-driven SaaS, APIs, enterprise software, or technical integrations Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple customer implementations simultaneously Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines Experience working in an early-stage startup is a plus
