We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Neurosurgery Unit within Aurora St Lukes Medical Center, located at 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215. As part of our team, you will provide exceptional care to a diverse and complex patient population.

Shift Details :

Full Time - 3rd Shift (Nights)

Hours Per Week : 36

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Rotation : Every third weekend, holiday rotation

Compensation : Pay range from $37.50 - $56.25, plus additional incentives for select positions and opportunities for annual performance increases.

Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you will care for patients recovering from :

• Post-operative craniotomies
• Spinal surgeries including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar procedures
• Acute stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program
• High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients

You will be exposed to cutting-edge neurosurgical techniques and innovative care practices.
