The Patient Navigator establishes a positive and respectful relationship with patients and their families, and plays an essential role in facilitating a positive experience and outcome. This is an office position, and does not provide bed-side care. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• At least 3 years of inpatient or outpatient orthopedic nursing experience required and / or medical / surgical experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with EPIC preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Housing : Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing. It s extremely expensive, especially in the winter.
