• Manage the overall planning, execution, and completion of OSP fiber optic network construction projects.
• Develop and foster relationships with cities, counties, HOA’s and water districts.
• Monitor and control the project progress, quality, and costs, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure that the construction activities comply with the company policies, customer requirements, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Supervise and mentor the OSP construction staff and contractors and provide them with technical guidance and support.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, audits, and tests to verify the quality and safety of the work performed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.Evaluate and implement new technologies, methods, and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the OSP construction operation
