Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge, a member of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our full-time Core Faculty team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to impact the next generation of physicians while maintaining a meaningful outpatient clinical practice.

Opportunity Highlights

• Serve as core faculty in a well-established, ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
• 70% academic / 30% outpatient clinical role, with patient care provided through DHMG Northridge Medical Group
• Lead and participate in resident education, clinical precepting, didactics, curriculum development, and scholarly activity
• Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven faculty team in resident recruitment, evaluation, mentorship, and continuous program improvement
• Enjoy protected teaching time, administrative support, and the opportunity to shape future family physicians
• Practice in a community-based setting with a focus on health equity, culturally competent care, and serving a diverse patient population

What We Offer

Salary Range : $280,000 - 303,000 annually

$145.78 - $145.78 / hour
