Job Summary and Responsibilities :
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care within your unit. Collaborate with management to evaluate nursing practices and directly influence patient outcomes through effective leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
Facilitate smooth admission and discharge processes.Participate in evaluating care quality with fellow management members.Foster a supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and improved patient outcomes.Champion a patient-first philosophy and resolve service issues proactively.Implement nursing strategies to boost employee engagement and patient satisfaction.Assist in staff training, evaluation, and performance management.Manage staff scheduling and ensure resource efficiency in labor.Oversee supply inventory and equipment management.Qualifications :
