Job description

A comprehensive health system in south central Connecticut offering primary care and specialty services is adding a Family Medicine Physician.Ourpriority is to provide the safest, highest-quality health care and best experience possible for our community. Our Hospital is home to world-class technology and expert physicians.

About the Opportunity :

Our health system has 11 outpatient practice locations
Current opening on the site with 7 Providers
Call 1 : 7
Full age range of patients from Pediatrics through Adult
36 patient contact hours
No night or weekend office hours required
The average daily patient census is 16-18
Patient panel capped at 1600
EPIC EMR
Option to teach Medical Students and Residents

Compensation / Benefits :

Guaranteed base salary for 2 years, then production-based for high earnings potential

5 weeks PTO annually, plus 6 holidays, six sick days, and 1 week CME

Employer matching 403b retirement

Health and dental (with high employer contribution), malpractice with tail

Federal loan repayment program available

Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
