Designated Aide- Pace Delray, Greenacres and West Palm Beach

SUMMARY Provides nursing assistance, personal care, and appointment transports to clients Pace clients under the direction of the Palm Beach PACE Center Manager.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Client Care :

• Listening and responding to concerns and questions.
• Completing all necessary and appropriate care, including toileting, vital signs, repositioning, transferring, bathing & dressing.
• Reporting all concerns and changes to appropriate nursing staff.
