• Assist the surgeon directly during procedures by providing exposure, retracting tissues, controlling bleeding, and suturing within scope of practice.
• Prepare the operating room by assembling instruments, supplies, and equipment and ensuring proper sterile technique.
• Help position, prep, and drape patients safely for surgery.
• Anticipate surgeon needs throughout the procedure and manage instruments efficiently.
• Maintain a sterile field and support surgical counts to prevent retained items.
• Apply dressings and assist in safe patient transfer post-surgery.
• Clean, decontaminate, and organize instruments after procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, anesthesia, and the surgical team for smooth workflow.
• Follow all hospital, regulatory, and industry safety and compliance standards.

Must have First Assist Experience\nMust have CSFA Certificate\nMust have BLS AHA
