JOB SUMMARY
US Claims' mission is to provide much needed liquidity to an under-served market; providing financial means for victims to pursue a fair settlement. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with personal injury (PI) attorney, you will manage a pipeline of leads, meet performance goals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. We are currently hiring an experienced Account Executive to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with personal injury (PI) attorneys to understand their clients' unique financial needs and position our funding solutions effectively.
- Proactively engage attorneys and their staff through outbound / inbound calls, email, and SMS to initiate and sustain conversations about client financing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys and plaintiffs throughout the funding process - from initial application through final funding.
- Gather and verify detailed case information by coordinating with attorneys and plaintiffs via phone, email, and SMS; resolve outstanding questions to ensure complete and accurate applications.
- Clearly explain funding options, terms, and processes using a tailored approach; negotiate rates, terms, and conditions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams - including underwriting and operations - to ensure a smooth, timely, and compliant funding experience.
- Provide necessary documentation and maintain regular updates to keep all stakeholders informed on application status.
- Manage a well-organized pipeline of prospects and active applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Monitor and stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and internal policies related to litigation funding.
- Consistently exceed monthly performance goals and KPIs, while identifying opportunities to improve both individual and team results.
