Maintenance Technician

Job Summary :

USA Rare Earth (USARE) is seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic and growing manufacturing team in Stillwater Oklahoma. This role is instrumental in supporting the installation upkeep and optimization of manufacturing equipment ensuring safe and efficient operations across the facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise a collaborative mindset and a continuous improvement approach to help build and maintain a world-class operation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to support the setup and commissioning of manufacturing equipment gaining a deep understanding of system functionality.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
• Maintain an organized and efficient maintenance shop and spare parts inventory following 5S and safety principles.
• Partner with operations and production teams to resolve equipment issues and support safe streamlined production workflows.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely and effective equipment repairs and technical support.
• Uphold and actively contribute to USAREs culture of safety orderliness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

AC / DC electrical systems 3-phase motor controls and VFDs.
