Position Overview We are looking for a Military Operations Research and Systems Analyst (ORSA) to support contracts with the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) and the DoD, focusing on technology transition and fielding. This role involves providing advanced analytical methods for emerging technologies across warfighting domains, informing decision makers through complex problem-solving, assessments, and data analysis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Performing operations research analyses using innovative techniques and technologies. Researching and applying analytical methods to evaluate warfighting capabilities. Developing documentation to communicate analyses and best practices. Presenting results to DoD leadership, tailoring communication to specific interests. Providing technical guidance and support for experimentation objectives. Creating operational simulations and presenting findings. Analyzing advanced warfare concepts and military capabilities. Requirements : Necessary Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in operations research, mathematics, computer science, or similar. At least five years of experience in a multi-level security environment. Minimum of 10 years of relevant military operations experience. Experience leading and managing technical teams. Ability to develop well-written analytic products and present results orally. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and recognize management issues. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure. Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
