Sr. Software Engineer - Onsite 5x / week - Wood Dale, IL

Our client is a mid-sized organization that provides various commercial, government, and distribution solutions within the aviation industry. They are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join the front end, UI / UX development team. This team is responsible for designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting the front-end API features for a variety of web and mobile applications within the digital portfolio. This position will specifically use Angular, Node.JS, TypeScript, React, and Java (Spring Boot). This role can include but is not limited to creating new web and mobile applications, creating new APIs / orchestrations, and troubleshooting, supporting, and enhancing existing APIs / orchestrations, web, and mobile applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering and API management experience.

o Angular, Node.JS, TypeScript, React, and Java Spring Boot experience is top priority.

o PL / SQL or any Oracle database is top priority.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Aviation industry experience.
