Medical Assistant (MA) Location : Woodbury, MN (preferred flexibility to support both Woodbury & Roseville locations) Join the Livea Medical Team! Livea Medical, in partnership with Livea Weight Control Centers, is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through a holistic approach-including medical weight loss, personalized nutrition, and behavioral support. We are seeking a Part-Time Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Woodbury Center. This dynamic role combines front desk responsibilities with clinical and nutrition program support, allowing you to work directly with clients while contributing to the daily success of the center. This position offers 2-3 days per week in Woodbury, with a preference for candidates willing to support both the Woodbury and Roseville centers as needed. Must be available to work 3 Saturday mornings per month (7 : 00 a.m.-12 : 00 p.m.). Key Responsibilities Support front desk operations, including welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, managing client flow, and processing transactions. Perform clinical and administrative duties such as chart preparation, product inventory management, and record maintenance. Administer injections to clients as directed by the medical team. Receive training to consult with and support nutrition clients in alignment with Livea's weight loss and wellness programs. Collaborate closely with medical and nutrition teams to provide a seamless, client-centered experience. Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment that reflects Livea's mission and standards of care. What We're Looking For Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Medical Assistant Diploma required. Interest in a dual role -comfortable working both at the front desk and alongside medical and nutrition teams. Part-time schedule (2-3 days per week) with the flexibility to work at both Woodbury and Roseville locations as needed. Experience giving injections and working in a clinical or wellness-focused setting preferred. New CMA graduates are encouraged to apply! Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
