What You'll Do :

Our Sales team is responsible for growing market territoriesthrough both new client acquisition as well as increasing existing accountrelationships. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who isself-motivated, competitive, and comfortable performing outside / in-person salescalls. You will be asked to grow our Fuel service by selling conveniencestore construction projects, fuel installation packages and retail fuelequipment associated with convenience stores. This role will be based in the Phoenix branch.

Here's a glimpse into some of your day-to-dayresponsibilities :

• Client Relationships : Building strong relationships with customers is critical to our success. You'll communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless coordination and teamwork in our delivery to our clientele. You'll interact with new & existing customers modeling our D&H Core Values in each interaction.
• Maintaining / Growing an Active Pipeline : You'll have the responsibility to deliver against attainable business development goals, utilizing our Salesforce CRM, leveraging provided leads, and your own abilities as a hunter to develop accounts (commercial & municipal). A strong desire (along with excellent time management and organizational skills) to win is imperative for the successful person in this role.
• Revenue & Profit Growth : You'll have the responsibility to deliver / exceed monthly revenue targets, with an unlimited commission potential based upon your success.
