About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Division CFO to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and execution of one of the high-growth business units, with a focus on financial oversight, strategic planning, and capital management. This role is pivotal in driving the division's mission to accelerate the clean energy transition through innovative development, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth. The Division CFO will oversee all financial functions, including FP&A, project finance, accounting, and investor reporting, and will work closely with the development, construction, and asset management teams.

Applicants for the Division CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA / CFA preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance. A deep understanding of renewable energy project structures, tax equity, and capital markets is essential. The role requires a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, as well as strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling tools is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for the clean energy industry and a commitment to the company's mission.
