We're seeking a results-driven Field Sales Manager to build, lead and scale a high-performance field sales team that will drive market growth through direct customer engagement.

Territory Overview

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives (FSRs).

Manage daily field deployment and territory coverage.

Set, track, and drive individual and team KPIs.

Execute field sales strategies for maximize market penetration.

Design and lead training programs to level up your team.

Plan and optimize territory assignments.

Track and report key performance metrics.
