About This Role :
- HR Systems & Administration : Manage HR systems (including ADP) by maintaining accurate employee records, generating reports, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes.
- Employee Relations & Consultation : Serve as a trusted resource to employees and leaders by providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and compliance with FMLA, ADA, and related programs.
- Performance Management : Support leaders in all aspects of performance management, including documentation, coaching, performance improvement plans, and the annual evaluation process.
- Provider & Compliance Support : Oversee provider HR documentation and serve as the HRSA Site Point of Contact while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- HR Data & Analytics : Utilize HR data to create reports, identify workforce trends, and support strategic, data-driven decisions that enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.Experience with HRIS and workforce reporting systems, preferable ADP Workforce Now.License, Certification or Registration :
