About this role :

Pickle is looking for a driven Senior Product Manager to spearhead the next generation of warehouse automation. In this role, you’ll combine strategic product leadership with hands‑on execution across robotics, machine learning, and physical AI. This is your chance to bring physical AI solutions to market, solving real customer problems today while paving the way for expansion into new applications and industries.

What You’ll Accomplish :

• Define the Future of AI : Define the vision, strategy, and comprehensive roadmaps for Pickle’s physical AI solutions, collaborating closely with hardware / software product managers and engineering leadership.
• Drive Execution : Lead the product development cycle by translating deep market and customer needs into detailed, technically‑aligned product requirements that support core business objectives.
• Champion Cross‑Functional Success : Ensure successful product outcomes by partnering with highly technical engineering, design, and operations teams to align priorities and execute key deliverables.
• Deep Customer & Market Insight : Engage closely with customers and end‑users to gather feedback, test prototypes, and iterate on solutions that solve critical real‑world problems. Conduct thorough competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to position Pickle's solutions as industry leaders.
• Product Lifecycle Ownership : Manage the entire product journey for your designated product area, from initial concept development and prototyping through full production, deployment, and end‑of‑life strategies.
