Senior CSA Project Engineer – Data Center Construction

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Project Engineer to join our data center construction team in Pryor, OK . This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all CSA engineering and construction activities across large-scale, mission-critical data center projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of structural and architectural systems, strong project engineering experience, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, on-schedule, and compliant infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Engineering & Coordination :

• Serve as the technical lead for CSA scope, providing design and field engineering support throughout all project phases—from design development through commissioning.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams to ensure seamless integration of building systems within structural and architectural designs.
• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and data center standards.
• Track and manage CSA engineering deliverables, including RFIs, change requests, and drawing updates.
