We're looking for a Procurement Manager Meat to oversee raw material sourcing, supplier performance, and yield optimization across protein categories.

What You'll Do

• Manage all meat and protein procurement to ensure uninterrupted production and supply continuity.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, contracts, and scorecards to drive yield, quality, and cost improvement.
• Analyze supplier pricing and yield data to identify savings opportunities and improve margins.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Finance, and Operations on specifications, reformulations, and sourcing strategy.
• Ensure USDA compliance, product integrity, and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement data, contracts, and pricing files within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
• Partner with logistics and finance teams to manage freight, inventory, and total landed cost.
