As the department's chief strategist, the Chair will focus on fostering growth, supporting multidisciplinary collaboration, and enhancing access to high-quality urological care across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a forward-thinking vision to elevate the department's national standing in patient care, education, and research.
• Clinical Excellence : Oversee clinical operations to ensure the highest standards of patient-centered care, including advanced subspecialty services such as urologic oncology, robotic surgery, female urology, and minimally invasive procedures.
• Educational Innovation : Support and expand the residency and fellowship programs, emphasizing mentorship and the development of the next generation of urologic leaders.
