A company is looking for an Associate Consultant to provide client delivery services for the Veterans Health Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Support mail operations and escalate complex packets as needed
Utilize VA claim and appeal systems to review, route, and track claims and appeals packets
Assist with project deliverables and participate in team meetings to support team goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or high school degree with relevant work experience
Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Military background or VA work experience is a plus
Experience in Federal Government is desirable
