A company is looking for an Operations Trainer to deliver virtual training to staff across various operational functions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver virtual training programs for new and existing staff across Operations Identify training needs and develop appropriate curriculum and learning tools Create and maintain training materials, including handouts, guides, and job aids Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or claims processing, preferably in the healthcare or employee benefits industry Experience with self-funded health plans and third-party administrators (TPAs) is highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
