About the role

Delhi Athletic Club managed by HealthFitness is looking for part-time Personal Trainers to work on-site in Cincinnati OH.

We are looking for someone to work up to 20 hours per week as a Personal Trainer and a Fitness Floor Attendant. As a Fitness Floor Attendant you will be responsible for providing exercise floor supervision and interacting with members and program participants within the fitness center.

Schedule : up to 20 hours per week flexible schedule!

Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments advising participants of results providing one-on-onepersonaltraining to members and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
• Current Adult First Aid & CPR / AED certifications from American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation : This position is commission-based 50% commission on training sessions depending on packages. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
