About the Role

Community Partnership Coordinator . In this role, you'll support outreach, onboarding, and ongoing engagement to help partners succeed within a growing social care network in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce organizations to the network and support onboarding
  • Serve as the main contact for assigned partners
  • Coordinate trainings, meetings, and information sessions
  • Track partner progress and maintain accurate records
  • Provide communication and support to resolve partner issues
  • Build strong, positive relationships with community stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with community-based or healthcare organizations
  • Proficiency in Excel, Office, and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for equity and social impact
