Responsibilities - Primary care for patients of all ages; average 20-25 patients per day - Call schedule requirement : Provider takes second call if needed after initial MyNurse triage- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve- Provide the best outcome for every patient every time- Hospital rounding in a local community hospital (newborn to adult) is an option, but not required Requirements - MD or DO- Board Certified in Family Medicine- Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in the State of Illinois- Eligible to work in the United States
