How you will make history here...

As the Training Manager at our Willard facilitythe largest producer of Goldfish and a key site for Campbell's snacksyou'll lead the transformation of our training programs into a modern, digital-first experience. You'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs to develop and enhance the skills of employees within our manufacturing facility. Your work will directly impact nearly 1,000 employees, helping build a scalable, high-performance training culture that supports both compliance and capability development. Success in this role positions you for long-term growth across Campbell's network.

What you will do...

Who you will work with...

In this role, you'll report directly to the Site HR Leader / indirectly to the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) and lead a growing training team that includes one salaried Training Coordinator. You'll also collaborate closely with two HR Coordinators and a Senior HR Generalist to align training efforts with broader HR strategies. Cross-functional partnerships are essential to success in this roleyou'll work regularly with leaders in Operations, Safety, Quality, and the Corporate Center of Excellence (COE), as well as department leadership across the site to ensure training programs are effective, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Compensation and Benefits :

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $85,900-$123,500. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
