The City of Red Bank has an immediate opening for a Police Officer. This is a full-time position that works in partnership with the communities they serve to maintain law and order, protect members of the public and their property, prevent crime, reduce the fear of crime, and improve the quality of life for all citizens.  Police Officers use a wide variety of technology and procedures to identify criminals, protect citizens from criminal activity, and ensure the successful prosecution of those who violate the parameters of law.

JOB OVERVIEW :

The right candidate will achieve by :

• Demonstrating the ability to follow directions.
• Demonstrating an ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrating proficiency in conformance with Federal, State, and Local laws and ordinances.

Supervision Received :   Works under the general supervision of a Team Sergeant, Division commander, and the subsequent departmental chain of command.

Supervision Exercised : None.

Salary and Benefits : (G7) $57,559.00 annually + excellent benefits.
