Job description

Holiday Inn Express East Peoria is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor to our team! We are looking for individuals who are able to work a variable schedule based on need. Hours are 2nd shift 3pm to 11pm (days vary) and 3rd shift 11pm to 7am (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provides high-quality customer service.
  • Handles guest reservations.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls.
  • Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
  • Other duties as required with the department.

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED (nice to have but not required).
  • Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
