About The Position

- Call Schedule : 3rd call every 10 weeks | RN First Call, NP Second Call

- Compensation : $220,000 - $260,000, based on experience

You will participate as a member of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team in the care of high-risk older adults living in the community with a strong focus on the participants' goals as well as excellent geriatric care management.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING : Monday-Friday scheduling, with a possibility for a 32-hour workweek or 40-hour work-week with 1 day remote. To be discussed during the interview process.
