Diesel Fleet Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Fleet Technician to join our team. As a Diesel Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on diesel vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Diagnose and repair issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.

Perform quality control checks on all work performed to ensure it meets company standards.

Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge and skills in diesel engine technology and repair techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Diesel Fleet Technician, you must have the following skills and qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance.

ASE certifications in diesel engine repair and maintenance.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
