Location : Los Angeles, CA (Remote with as-needed office and court appearances)

Compensation : $120,000 (first years’ salary) – $225,000+ base salary (depending on experience and level)

About The Opportunity

Our client, a highly respected plaintiff-side employment law firm in Los Angeles , is seeking an Arbitration Attorney or Senior Arbitration Attorney to join its growing Arbitration Department. This team partners closely with the firm’s litigation attorneys to manage and litigate cases that are compelled to private arbitration.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, trial-oriented environment—conducting discovery, attending arbitration hearings, taking and defending depositions, and working directly with senior arbitration counsel on final arbitration hearings (equivalent to trials). The Senior Arbitration Attorney role offers the opportunity to serve as a lead trial lawyer in arbitration proceedings, handling cases from start to finish with minimal oversight.

This is primarily a remote position , but candidates must reside in the Los Angeles area for in-person hearings, meetings, and court appearances as required.
