Job description80% Leadership : Driving clinical excellence across multiple centers 20% Direct Patient Care : Staying connected to our core mission as a PCP Lead & Develop Talent → Supervise, mentor, and performance-manage Clinical Directors across your market Drive Outstanding Outcomes → Ensure centers exceed clinical performance and P&L objectives Build Winning Culture → Cultivate physician teams aligned with ChenMed's core model and values Accelerate Growth → Partner with talent acquisition to recruit top clinical talent Community Engagement → Build relationships with payers, specialists, and community leaders Quality Leadership → Monitor scorecards and drive continuous improvement initiatives Operational Excellence → Oversee referrals and utilization management Innovation Driver → Implement cost reduction and clinical strategies Transform Lives → Deliver exceptional primary care to your patient panel Model Excellence → Demonstrate our core clinical model in action MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty 2+ years clinical experience (3+ years preferred) 1+ years Medical Director experience with Medicare / Medicaid populations preferred Board eligibility required (Board certification preferred) Current active medical license in state of employment Proven clinical leadership with track record of outstanding outcomes Natural teacher and mentor to fellow physicians Population health management experience Quality improvement expertise Customer Focus → Build strong relationships and deliver patient-centric solutions Results-Driven → Consistently achieve outcomes under any circumstances Talent Developer → Grow people to meet career and organizational goals Engagement Builder → Create climates where teams thrive Accountability Champion → Hold self and others to high standards Clinical Excellence → Outstanding clinical skills and judgment Managed Care Knowledge → Experience in managed care delivery systems Technology Proficient → EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Travel Ready → Up to 30% travel (local, regional, national) Communication → Spoken and written fluency in English Great compensation and comprehensive benefits Career development and advancement opportunities Outstanding work-life balance Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Make a difference in seniors' lives every single day
