The BOH Team Member role varies day to day. You may be responsible for any of the following duties on any certain day.

Cooking food in a timely manner

Follow food safety guidelines

Follow production charts, fill out logs and keep track of chicken cooking time.

Utilizing correct cleaning methods for the preparation of certain items
