The Supply Chain Engineer will assist in the development and implementation of logistics solutions and continuous improvement for high end luxury client.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

The Supply Chain Engineer will assist in the development and implementation of logistics solutions and continuous improvement for high end luxury client.

Their primary duties and responsibilities include :

• Analyzing and interpreting data related to supply chain functions
• Designing or improving supply chain processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Implementing new technologies and software for better supply chain management
• Creating and maintaining reports on supply chain activities and performance metrics
• Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure optimal supply chain operations
• Identifying bottlenecks in the supply chain process and develop solutions to eliminate them
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards in all supply chain processes
• Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstock and shortages
• Training supply chain staff and stakeholders on new procedures and systems
• Developing risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios
• Evaluate and enhance current operations in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies.
• Identify process bottlenecks and devise solutions for improvement.
• Manage and optimize inventory control procedures.
• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space.
• Conduct cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Implement innovative supply chain processes and best practices.
• Coordinate logistics staff (e.g., truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements.
