POSITION SPECIFICS

The Center for Student Advising and Engagement in the College of Health and Human Development at Penn State is seeking a highly motivated, professional Academic Adviser .

Responsibilities :

The final candidate will also assist with University and college-sponsored recruitment and retention initiatives including, but not limited to : NSO, Accepted Student Programs, Link UP, Spend a Summer Day, and Minors and Majors Night.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

If filled as Academic Adviser - Advanced Professional, this position requires :

Master's Degree

3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

Required Certifications :

None

If filled as Academic Adviser - Intermediate Professional, this position requires :

Master's Degree

1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

Required Certifications :

None

This position is physically located at Penn State's University Park campus and works in person the majority of the time.

SALARY & BENEFITS

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $42,100.00 - $67,300.00.
