EXPERIENCED PATENT ATTORNEY

Job description :

Our client is seeking an experienced patent attorney, counsel, senior associate, or partner to join the firms growing intellectual property team. This role will counsel clients on all aspects of intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent prosecution.

Qualifications :

• Candidates should have 10+ years of patent prosecution experience, ideally with a portable book of business.
• Must be an active member in good standing of the United States Patent Bar (USPTO).
