​WCS Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse for a contract assignment at a reputable health center in Holyoke, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate mental health care within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Function :

Assess patients' mental health status and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.​

Administer and monitor psychotropic medications, observing for efficacy and potential side effects.​

Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships to support patients' emotional well-being and recovery.​

Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.​

Document patient progress and any notable changes in behavior or condition, ensuring accurate and timely records.​​
