Superintendent - Multi Family

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments . This role is responsible for managing all field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven experience supervising high-rise or podium-style projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operations for multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Enforce safety protocols, quality control, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve field issues.
• Conduct daily reports, inspections, and site meetings to track progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Lead punch list completion and support closeout activities.
