We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Registered Nurse (RN) in the Oak Ridge, TN area to join our team for assignments across the state of TN. This role allows you to stay close to home while gaining diverse experience, making a meaningful impact on patients' lives and contributing to different communities within the state. The Lead Registered Nurse (RN) will support patient care and oversee nursing operations in a private-duty home setting. This position combines hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring seamless communication between the patient, caregivers, and the Patient Coordinator.This role is ideal for nurses who value leadership, independence, and creating a stable, highly functional care environment .

This role is a Full-Time benefit eligible opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Patients range from high acuity to those who only need basic medical management.

Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.

You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need.  This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.

Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

Shift : Full-Time, Day Shifts (Minimum of three 12-hour shifts per week. Monday through Friday).#INDLIC
