Dealership : Bend Honda Sales Representative Pay : Commission pay plan with base and incentives. Currently offering $5,000 monthly guarantee. Schedule : Full time with 2 days off in a row. Our Ideal Candidate : + Reliable, shows up ready to work + Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in a dealership + Outgoing personality- ability to guide customers with their needs + Knowledgeable on products, features and industry + Excellent communication skills + Team player + Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions + Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities : + Greet customers in prompt, friendly and professional manner. + Provide professional product presentations to all customers. + Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives. + Gather customer contact and interest information and enter into CRM. + Schedule customer appointments daily + Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions.
