  • $16–$19 / hour + $175 bonuses every payday  Paid Training  Tuition Reimbursement for Nursing & CNA programs  Annual Caregiver Awards & Gala   Comprehensive benefits : 72% employer-paid Medical, plus Dental, Vision, Life & Accident Insurance Free Employee Assistance Program Available   401(k) with 4% company match  Mileage reimbursement  Flexible schedules & overtime at 1.5x rate  24 / 7 support from our experienced local Care Team 🕒 Full and Part-Time One-on-One Assignments Available Day Shift :  Monday–Sunday, 8 am–8 pm Day Shifts : Monday - Sunday, 6-8 hours  Night Shift :  Monday–Sunday, 8 pm–8 am Live-In : Monday–Sunday  Responsibilities Personal care : bathing, hygiene, grooming Light housekeeping Transportation assistance Meal preparation Transferring and ambulation assistance Companionship and emotional support   Requirements Minimum 24 hours / week availability At least 1 weekend shift per month 6+ months of professional caregiving experience or equivalent training (CNA / MA) Ability to transfer up to 150 lbs. with assistive devices Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance Clean background and driving record Must pass a drug screen Powered by JazzHR
