Home to the Frye Regional Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and Level 3 NICU

32 bed ED, 29 bed inpatient rehab, 15 bed surgical suite & imaging

Frye South Campus comprises of an 81 bed adult Behavioral Health Hospital

Position Information :

Facility Department / Cost Center CVICU 6540

Role : RN

Specialty : CABG, TAVR, STEMI, Carotids

Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36

Weekend Hours : every other weekend or to meet the needs of the facility

Call Requirements : no on call

Years of Experience : minimum 1.5 years

Float Requirements : per scheduled rotation

Unit Information :

Number of Beds : 8

Patient Ratios : 2 : 1 with occasional 1 : 1

Equipment : Impella, IABP, CRRT

EHR : Cerner

Patient Population : Adult / Geriatric

Job Requirements

Minimum 1.5 years CVICU experience (after orientation complete)

Required Education : Associate Nursing Degree

Preferred Skillset / Experience : CVICU experience

Common Diagnosis / Treatment : CABG, TAVR, STEMI, Carotids

Personality Fit : strong critical thinking skills

Schedule Information
