Location : Hybrid Seattle, WA 98101 (Mon, Tue and Wed in Office)

Duration : 10+ Months (possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Description :

The Senior Product Manager, Workforce Management will lead the design, development, and execution of Workforce Management solutions. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for crafting a product roadmap that enhances employee and manager experience while ensuring accuracy and compliance in alignment with organizational goals. This position is critical to driving data-informed decision-making and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills :

• 6+ years in the product management discipline, preferably in HR technology or workforce platforms.
• Minimum of 3+ years in the Workday ecosystem , preferably hands on experience with Time and Attendance, Scheduling and Labor Optimization and Absence.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product related to Workforce Management throughout its lifecycle
• Strong understanding of labor compliance, workforce policies, and HR operational workflows.
