We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Consultant to provide primary care-based behavioral health services at our Yakima Medical Dental Clinic. This role is crucial in supporting clients with complex or chronic needs as part of an integrated care team. You will have the opportunity to offer counseling and therapeutic services tailored to each patient's care plan directed by their primary care provider.

• Annual salary : $123,000
• Hiring Bonus : $10,000 in total, distributed as follows :

$3,000 upon hire

$2,100 upon hire
