Clinical Role :

• ASAP - Ongoing Need
• Shift Days : Need CRNA to help with call rotation, Monday and Fridays biggest need. On average 2 shifts every 6 weeks for call, 1 weekday 3 : 30p-7a and 1 weekend day shift 7a-7p, need 14-hour shifts during the week, may take 13s
• Current Available Shifts : 2-14's. Would prefer CRNA to help with call rotation, would consider without. Call schedule TBD with Chief CRNA as current needs fluctuate due to current staffing numbers on site
• Just added 5 8's (3p-11p) shift also available
• Weekend Requirements
• Reason for need : short staffed
• Average Time to Credential : 90 days
• Types of Cases : Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB. CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement
• Required Procedures : General to Trauma / will consider non-trauma CRNAs for general cases
• Level 1 Trauma Center
• 15 Operating Rooms
• EMR : iProcedures
• Prefer full-time coverage
• CRNA must be cross credentialed at another hospital in case of need at that site, it's rare that locums are called to work at 2 nd facility but could happen
• 430 beds between 2 facilities
• Access to a major city with airport plus within 90 minutes of either coast
• Supports a very active outdoor lifestyle
• Board Certified Required
• Must have Trauma Experience
• Active FL License Required
• ACLS, BLS Required
