Our client, a fast-growing marketplace, is seeking Strategy & Operations Leads to help scale their platform, drive recruiter success, and accelerate marketplace growth. This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, and growth, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-impact environments.
About the Role
This is one of the most cross‑functional, high‑leverage positions in the company. You'll design scalable systems and improve marketplace liquidity.
One week, you might be testing new incentive models or optimizing onboarding; the next, you're helping launch a dedicated division on the platform. Every project you touch directly influences hires made, revenue generated, and partner success.
What You'll Do
Scale the supply engine : Identify bottlenecks across onboarding, activation, and retention; design systems that help recruiters perform better.
Own high‑stakes relationships : Advise on growth strategy, operational excellence, and best practices.
Run marketplace experiments : Test incentive programs, workflow optimizations, and automation to drive engagement and liquidity.
Bridge operations and product : Turn insights into actionable feedback that informs internal tools and product improvements.

What Were Looking For
4 to 8 years of experience in GTM or Operations at an early‑stage startup, or experience in investment banking, management consulting, or venture capital, with a strong interest in growth and operations.
Customer‑facing experience, whether in startups, elite organizations, or high‑performance teams (e.g., VC associates, GTM / Ops roles at Series AC companies).
Startup background : Proven experience operating in fast‑paced, Series A to pre‑IPO environments.
Process‑driven mindset : Ability to turn ambiguity into structure and build scalable systems.
High energy and drive : Thrives under pressure, moves fast, and maintains exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communicator and influencer : Can sell ideas persuasively and build trust quickly with both internal teams and external partners.
Top academic background or demonstrated record of excellence.
