PHY NP - Contract Family Practice Opportunity in Eugene, OR - November 20-February 27

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting November 20-February 27 at their Corporate Health clinic in Eugene, OR. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm and Thursday & Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break.
